What we collect, why, and how to have it deleted.
We collect only what a relocation requires, keep it only as long as the work needs, and share it with nobody who is not working on your move.
What we collect
When you contact us through this site we receive your name, contact details and the message you send. When we work together we additionally hold documents the move requires — identification, tenancy and employment papers, school and veterinary records — processed under contract or with your explicit consent.
How it is used
Your details are used to respond to enquiries, deliver services you have engaged us for, and — only if you have asked us to — send the monthly Notes from London. We do not sell data, run advertising networks, or profile visitors to this site. Enquiry submissions are stored privately and are visible only to our staff.
Retention and your rights
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months; client files for the period required by UK property and tax rules. You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your data at any time by writing to the address on our contact page, and you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office if you are unhappy with our answer.
