An independent relocation and property consultancy, founded in London in 2008 by two advisers who believed the industry had the incentives backwards.
We exist because a city as complicated as London should not be navigated alone, and because advice you can trust has to be advice nobody else is paying for. We take no commissions from landlords, no referral fees from agents and no placement bonuses from schools. Our clients are the only party with a seat at our table, which is why so many of them arrive as referrals and stay in touch for years.
The team is small by design: twelve advisers, most of whom arrived in London as movers themselves, supported by researchers, a corporate mobility desk and a network of vetted specialists in immigration law, taxation, shipping and education. Every programme has one named lead from the first call to the last box — the person who knows your brief is the person who answers your call.
We work across the whole city, from Richmond to Highgate, and with families, professionals and employers in more than sixty nationalities. Some arrive for a year; some never leave. Either way, the brief is the same: arrive well.
